Eswatini Kitchen was set up in 1991 by Manzini Youth Care (MYC), an NGO supporting marginalised youth in Swaziland. The project started with 5 women working in a one-room-kitchen, and now stands as a thriving business supplying spicy sauces and delicious jams and chutneys worldwide; offering a fair and sustainable income for over 300 people from underprivileged communities.
